Almería Convention Bureau, is the Congress Organization Office of Almería in which companies operating in the market of congresses and meetings are associated.

Almost a hundred public and private businesses in the tourist sector, such as Hotels, Travel Agencies, Event Management Services, Carriers, Restaurants and Complementary Providers, have created ACB as a non-profit Organization, with the aim to bring Business Tourism to the province.

Almería Convention Bureau considers it necessary to elaborate a program with the proper merit of our province and to promote a continuous cultural dynamism, including leisure activities as well as intellectual ventures.

Now, in a concrete way, How can we collaborate in organizing an event like a Congress or a Meeting?

In two ways:

· Presenting candidatures, endorsed by the technical documents adapted to each case.
· Cooperating in the necessary costs to campaign and seeking the aid of other interested institutions and organizations.
· Arranging inspection visits to our province to demonstrate in detail what the organizers have to offer.
· Providing all the unbiased comprehensive information necessary, regarding the facilities, installations and services that we have available.
· Facilitating contacts with the most suitable service providers for each case.
· Endorsing publication of the event, by means of specifically designed material, such as posters, leaflets, videos, etc..

2. With Institutional support

· Giving the official greeting to the participants
· Handing out tourist documentation to participants about Almería province.
· Offering receptions and assistance to special events.

The Congress Office or Almería Convention Bureau, puts itself at the disposal of all those associations, groups or companies that wish to celebrate a Meeting or Incentive Trip among us, in order to make it a success.

“Almería Convention Bureau”, which has started its itinerary with 60 associates, is on its way to promote its own brand, and accordingly, the province of Almería as an ideal destination and background for conference tourism.

In this way, the associated corporations will don the “Almería Convention Bureau” logo as the new emblem of guarantee to the client.
